Our work is protected
The design of this website and of the projects it shows belongs to Cloud Sea Studio, unless it says otherwise. That covers the layouts, illustrations, drawings, animations, code and writing. It is protected by copyright worldwide, under the Berne Convention and the copyright laws of the countries that follow it.
You’re welcome to look, to share links, and to talk about the work. Without our written permission, please don’t:
- copy, reproduce or resell the design, the illustrations or the code, in whole or in part;
- build a website or template that imitates them;
- present our work as your own, or use it to train or prompt software that produces copies of it.
Photographs and other people’s work
Some photographs and footage in our projects belong to their creators and are used under their licences. Each project credits them on its own site, and those terms apply to them, not ours.
The projects shown
Some of the projects here are concept work, made to show what we can design and build. Where a project shows a business, its booking, ordering and payment features may be demonstrations.
No guarantees
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. We aren’t responsible for the websites we link to.
Working with us
Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Every project we take on is covered by its own written agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Nothing in them limits any right you have under the law where you live.
