Privacy policy

We keep this short because we collect very little. This website has no accounts, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics.

What we collect

• When you write to us, by email or through the form on this site: your name, your email address and what you tell us about your project.
• Nothing else is collected on purpose. We set no cookies and keep nothing in your browser.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, to talk about your project, and if we work together, to do that work and send invoices. We never sell your information, and we never add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it handles your IP address and basic request details so the pages can reach you and to keep the site secure.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads.
• Our email provider stores the messages you send us.

Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. For clients, we keep project and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to hello@cloudseastudio.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. Wherever you live, you keep any further privacy rights your local law gives you.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
